4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Service Packages

We offer multiple subscription packages, including:

• Basic Creator Package - $49.99/month
• Professional Streaming Service - $99.99/month
• Premium Connection Suite - $149.99/month
• Enterprise Content Solution - $299.99/month
• VIP Exclusive Experience - $499.99/month

4.2 Billing and Payment

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges associated with your selected package
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Pay all applicable taxes

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate. We will provide notice of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your subscription.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to process your payments.

5. Refund Policy

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, post, or share through our Services ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Services.

7.3 Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us at info@repeitoc.top with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTENTHUB DUBAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9.4 Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ContentHub Dubai, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content
• Your fraudulent or illegal activities

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

11.3 Arbitration

For disputes involving amounts less than $10,000, either party may elect binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

11.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims against us only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination

14. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ContentHub Dubai regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet failures.

14.6 Language

These Terms are provided in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only, and the English version shall prevail in case of conflict.

16. Acknowledgment

BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
